Neurosurgery is the general term for surgical procedures on the brain, spinal cord and nervous system; craniotomy (opening the skull) and laminectomy (spinal surgery) are its two most common procedures. Both are long, high-precision operations that require a wide sterile field. For neurosurgical cases, Platinum offers two separate, procedure-specific sets: the Craniotomy Drape Set and the Laminectomy (Vertebra) Drape Set.
