The name, contact, address and invoice details you provide when ordering or contacting us are processed to prepare, deliver and invoice your order and to meet legal obligations. Membership (customer account): When you create an account we store your full name, e-mail address, your optional phone number and, if you registered with e-mail, your password. Your password is never stored in plain text; it is kept as an irreversible hash and cannot be read by our staff. Account data is processed to let you sign in, show your orders in your account, pre-fill the checkout form, send e-mail verification and password-reset messages, and keep your account secure. Sign-in with Google / Facebook: If you choose this method we receive from the provider only your name, e-mail address and the identifier of your account at that provider. We never receive your password, we do not post on your behalf and we do not access your friends list or other data. The providers' own privacy policies also apply. Cookies: Strictly necessary cookies are used to keep your session, your cart and for security (CSRF protection); no advertising or tracking cookies are used. Retention and deletion: Account data is kept while your account is open. You can delete your account yourself in the "Delete account" section of the My Account page; the personal data of a deleted account is removed from our systems. Order and invoice records that we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period. For accounts linked to Google/Facebook, data-deletion instructions are available at /en/shop/hesap/veri-silme. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. Wholesale application: In a wholesale application we collect the company name, tax office and number, contact person's name, company e-mail, phone, estimated monthly purchase volume, product groups of interest and the tax certificate you upload. This data is used only to evaluate your application, prepare a commercial quote and for invoiced sales; your tax certificate is not public, is viewed only by authorised staff and is not shared with third parties. Application records are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and the statutory periods; you can request deletion at info@platinumtekstil.com.tr.
