PRICE AND PAYMENT: Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is calculated in the cart. Payment is by bank transfer; the order is prepared after payment reaches our account. 5. DELIVERY: Shipping is paid by the buyer on delivery (freight collect). Delivery time depends on preparation time after payment confirmation. 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply; for opened hygiene/medical products and business (B2B) purchases the scope is defined by applicable law. See the Returns page. 7.
